I had recurring pain in my shoulder that was starting to migrate up my neck. Nothing seemed to work until I saw Sam for help with the issue. The magic of soft tissue massage provided immediate relief from the pain, and through both a programme of massage and movement I was back to pain free and dangling from trees in no time. Issues or not, I highly recommend Sam to get yourself in excellent and long lasting shape.

Sheida is a great personal trainer, both in person and on zoom. She is encouraging but still knows how and when to push.
