    Nathan was very motivational and gives you an exercise program that suits you depending on your goals. His exercise and diets plans are simple and easy to follow which makes it nice and easy to stay on track. As well as this he's great at thinking outside the box. Being born with one hand I shyed away from the gym as I told myself I wouldnt be able to do anything and I'd probably embarrass myself. After a few sessions training togethe with Nathan, it became clear I'd underestimated myself as he was able to show me a huge selection of exercises, modified in ways I never would have thought of by myself. This was a great confidence boost for me and I've been training ever since. Great knowledge and very friendly. Highly recommend.
