    Did not uphold destination rates agreed between the shipper and origin agent, simply saying the rates provided to the shipper were 'incorrect', despite the shipper forwarding all correspondence to me. This is not how normal businesses operate. This Company works by offering cheap origin rates to lure in the shipper, and then charge extortionate destination fees. There is no doubt that this Company pays a certain percentage to the origin agent. In our case, this was L & S Logistics in Shenzhen. Make sure your supplier is not using them AND most certainly ensure NVO Consolidation is not on the Bill of Lading. Beyond the £1400, NVO additionally wanted £286 for the UK delivery of three pallets, as well as £145 Customs clearance for a basic invoice. They are responsive to emails but firm on their fees.
