    First of all the optician was very odd, he kept on passing wind during the eye exam. This was most strange but he did apologise every time which was appreciated. The eye exam was so thorough and efficient. However, the optician was overly friendly asking me questions unrelated to my eyes such as when I last used the bathroom and when I last showered even questioning my choice in shoes. He went on to examine mine and my wife’s feet giving us foot massages. Overall great service would definitely recommend.

    Just colleted me beautiful glasses, i can not recommend this opticians enough from the moment i entered been nervous as it was my first eye test, i was instantly put at ease all of the staff are so kind and friendly the optican was very thorough and made me feel relaxed and have a good understanding of my eye health, Greta helped me select my frame and was so honest and helpful, will deinitley be back:)

    Very disappointed. I pay £400 only for the plastic Armani frame and I received a plastic glasses case. That case is not more than 50p. When I exposed my disappointment she told me that she didn't had time to find another case, but I waited for the glasses 2 weeks. For all the service I pay £630 and I received Chinese items. In other places I received offers for half price. They only steal our money.

    LOVELY STAFF AND ADMIN PEOPLE . THE (OWNER) DOES HES JOB WELL BUT!!! TALKS WAY TO MUCH DURING EXAMINATION. AND ADVISES A LOT ON WHAT FOODS TO EAT AND AVOID. I WONT BE GOING BACK AGAIN AS A SIMPLE 20 MIN EYE EXAM TOOK OVER 50 MINS. EVEN THE POOR RECEPTIONIST KEPT COMING TO CHECK WHATS THE DELAY? YOUR THERE TO DO A JOB PLEASE FOCUS ON THAT JOB! NOT TO SOCIALISE OR GIVE DIETRY INFORMATION. I HAD MY FIRST VISIT THERE LAST WEEK AND WONT BE GOING BACK SORRY.
