We had a mixture of windows to have shutters fitted, bay, arch dormers and typical shaped windows, Measuring, and fitting was very straightforward. My only comment for feedback is a little more communication would have been nice especially as it is a long wait from order to installing with our deposit taken. Would have liked an update of how long and to reassure us all going ok, but despite that the product is lovely and fitted by a competent person and would certainly recommend.

Dreadful Customer service use with caution. It has taken over 2 months to remake faulty blinds. Even with the 30% discount there must be other blind companies to use.

Absolutely disgusting experience rep came round and gave us a quote. I have been trying since Tuesday to except there quote. Unanswered phone calls and I sent 2 messages both have been ignored. finely got through today . They obviously dont need the work telephone manner is appalling i was put through to wrong person who then transferred me to a company director Jason Jefferey. He is a very rude man told me when i had complained about the lack of contact he is a busy man and "we obviously dont gel together" i am trying to give business and he tells me we dont gel together . WHAT am I supposed to do I was trying to give him business nearly £3000.pounds worth . this company obviously dont need the business. I will not be recommending them to anyone
