Mid-priced amongst competition and a 61 page colour reporting pack going into incredible detail with a very helpful one page summary. Dealt with estate agent direct, minimal fuss and could fit me in quickly. Highly recommend.

We contacted Nuven Surveyors to get a quote for a L2 survey and they replied very quickly to my enquiry. They were the only company we contacted who provided a quote immediately, and we really appreciated their transparency. Emily was very polite and helpful and liaised with our estate agents and vendors to book the survey in very quickly. On the day of the survey, the surveyor (Matthew) rang us in the afternoon to confirm that he had been to the property and there were no serious issues with the house. This really put our mind at ease. We were then pleasantly surprised to receive the report the following day. I'm no expert, but the report is very clear and thorough. I would definitely recommend Nuven Surveyors for their speed, professionalism, and great customer service.

The Surveyor (Greg) called us the day of the survey and went through the topline details of the survey really clearly outlining key points of interest.
