I used this platform as a registered nutritionist RNutr. I had a membership for more than a year. I found the staff to be very friendly and supportive and there are lots of free resources available, such as marketing hub. The website is very easy to navigate around and you can easily update your profile. However, I did not get much clients from this source. I offer online consultations and I just feel that the 'find a nutritionist' search option is not well designed. There could be more filters. The search option that clients use to find a nutritional professional, ask what type of are clients looking for: in person or online. If you choose online, you still are encourage to put location so if you offer an online service, this option disadvantages you. There is no possibility of 'top listing' if you work online either, only by a city. Also, the articles that are shared on their website and social media are written by different nutrition professional (e.g. dietitians, nutritionists, nutritional therapist) and honestly I find many of the messages very confusing and conflicting. There is no consistency in what is being published, people can write what they want. Many posts are not even evidence based or promote harmful messages. As a client, I would find this platform very confusing. As a RNutr, I tell clients to be careful what they read there and to use their your critical thinking skills.
