Healthy food that actually tastes great! I’ve tried many food delivery services and Nutrition Kitchen is the best one so far. I liked The Key to Food too, but got bored because their menu consisted mainly of chicken… I love that NK offers a variety of dishes: pork, chicken, turkey, fish, beef etc. and they all taste fantastic. Not bland, not boring, but flavourful. I actually look forward to every meal. My favourite dishes so far are the marinated sole fish, Vietnamese caramelised pork, and beef sausage patty with poached eggs. My only feedback is the packaging of the non-savoury breakfasts: I don’t think the parfaits/ puddings should be in the same big packaging as the main meals, they were a bit difficult to eat. Thank you for making healthy eating enjoyable.

Fantastic service from a team that actually deeply cares. Meal quality is outstanding - no delivery is going to get Michelin stars, but for a healthy balanced meal subscription that gets left at your front door every morning, it tastes better than I had expected. Love the Asian influences on the meals, certainly much more interesting and varied than plain cooked chicken breast or curry after curry offered by other subscriptions. Also the ingredients are very fresh and top quality. I got this king prawns one day it was so fresh and big I wanted to know where they got it from, certainly never got this even in restaurants or the supermarket.
