I have been here twice in the last 4 years and booked in with them but they didn't turn up both times. Hmm maybe I'm not the 'right kind of customer that they are interested in. Didnt even get a phone call or communication to say why they couldn't come. No apology and no offer of another appointment either!!! Fantastic customer service. I recently had my Lino laid in the hallway and bathroom and it was the most professional and pleasant service I have experienced with a carpet company. The owner was extremely helpful and friendly.
