Quiet, quaint and comfortable cottage. Easy access and short walk from London Rd, Brighton station. Great communication by host before my day of arrival. Very straightforward access to property. Really comfortable bed with top grade mattress. Beautifully well equipped en suite bathroom with decent hot shower. Ideal for clothing optional preference although not compulsory. The host is a qualified massage therapist and this can be incorporated into your visit. Delicious, help-yourself breakfast with natural ingredients and real fresh orange juice that you squeeze for yourself. Altogether a wonderful, comfortable night in a charming setting. Thoroughly recommended!

We have had yet another amazing stay at No34 Brighton. We absolutely love this place and look forward to visiting again and again. The house is immaculate, quirky and very tastefully done, so each stay is different. Booking is so easy and the hosts are amazing! Fabulous home made treats for breakfast and you can order dinner if you like as an extra. The food is excellent. So much love ❤️ for No34 ❤️

I had the most amazing massage, in an amazingly beautiful setting. The pressure Pete applied to the massage was adapted to my preference and was perfect throughout. His technique is brilliant, I felt relaxed and restored afterwards, I have issues with my neck and shoulder muscles and Pete worked these areas with such professionalism and care. I cannot wait to go back for another massage, I highly recommend him and the sauna massage.

I love staying at Number 34. My husband and I stayed there for an extended period of time as we were changing houses. Peter and Seb were excellent hosts, accommodating with our needs, very friendly and kind. They made it very easy, food is delicious, the other guests at that time were very friendly as well. I’d definitely stay again at N34 next time I’m in Brighton!!
