Took my money and allowed me to walk an hour and a half to get there and find they wouldn't give me a van. Told me that my card wasn't accepted even though they used this card before. I showed them my banking where they had used my card before and still refused me. Woman behind desk told me I could use my business card. So I did, then she told me I'd need correlating I.d for my business. Issued me a refund which I STILL HAVENT RECEIVED. When I complained I was told by the two horrible women behind the desk that I should go to europcar or sixty car hire instead. So I will suggest that you actually DO go to europe car or sixty rather then coming to this dump of a rental company. All the vans are battered just like the spirit of the staff members here. Even when you approach this dingy place you can tell instantly what kind of people you will be dealing with. AVOID cheap isn't a good thing in this instance.
