Just ordered. If you are vegetarian DO NOT ORDER from here. There was meat in the vegetable dumplings, as other reviews have stated. The ‘sushi’ was inedible, the salmon was cooked for some reason, and the rice was gelatinous and almost a gluish like. The noodles were tasty but DRENCHED in oil, so much as there was a bunch of oil filling up the bottom quarter of the takeaway bowl. And the avocado and seaweed salad was fresh but could use some sort of dressing. All in all would definitely not order from here again.

One star is rather generous. Though it does seem unfair to rate the food considering I never got it. Understanding that mistakes happen, I tried a total of 13 times to call and confirm if my order had been received. No answer. No answering machine. Call failed. Delivery failed. Lunch failed.

House full of vegetarians. We ordered vegetable gyoza & vegetable dumpling soup. It arrived 90 mins later with meat inside. We called and were ordered to prove it by sending them pictures. We did and then they said it was tofu. It's not tofu. No where in the food descriptions on their menu does it say tofu is in the items ordered. When I asked for either replacement items or a refund on the items I was told "we're very busy" and was hung up on. They then wouldn't answer when we called back. They've basically stolen our money from us.

Our whole order was vegetarian and when it arrived the vegetable Ramen Soup and Vegetable Gyoza clearly had chicken in it. Mistakes happen so we called to let them know and ask for a replacement or refund...to which they asked for pictures and then hung up on us. We sent pictures and they called back saying it was tofu...it's definitely not tofu and when looking at the menu tofu is never mentioned, which it should be for people with allergies. They said they were very busy and hung up again, claiming they would call back on half an hour (it hasn't happened yet) very very disappointed with this terrible attitude towards customer service and they have basically stolen money from me by not refunding or replacing. Worst customer service experience ever
