Nurses are lovely but reception and admin staff have been unprofessional and discriminating. Only came here because the surgeon works from here but if you can avoid this hospital.

Just had a wrist surgery there, a day operation, and all the staff are very nice. Everything was on time there were no delays, and the procedure went smoothly. The nurses are all very kind. Especially, Peter and Mary Ann. Thank you everyone

I was referred to this hospital from Exeter for knee surgery and the organisation was awful. I wasn’t reassured and they told me that they can’t reassure me and they don’t know what’s happening. They didn’t even know my age and thought I was 19 and that on the letters it said my surgeon was a plastic surgeon. So there isn’t much hope, I was left waiting having no idea what was happening and a nurse referring to a mri scan like her holiday to the Maldives. Which really doesn’t make any sense. If you’re being referred to this hospital just stay with your previous surgeon and wait, so unprofessional and the lack of communication or compassion is just dreadful.

I’ve always had great care at this hospital, from the nurses and staff who looked after me when I had an op, to the physio department, to my surgeon himself. The building is a bit dated if you compare it to the Guildford Nuffield, but that’s the only fault I can really find with it

Great care from beginning to end, loss of a star is because of the wait I had to go down for my procedure, arrived at 12.30, got admitted all checks done, so no food after 7.30am and no liquid after 11.30am.. 4pm I was still waiting and started to feel unwell so called the nurse in and was taken down shortly afte. Apart from that i was very happy with my care thank you to the the team that looked after me,was under the care of Dr King and 3 days after surgery I'm feeling better already.

The people in this hospital are wonderful. Especially Tracy on reception. She makes you feel at ease the minute you walk in. She couldn’t be anymore helpful and patient with me. I gave the wrong policy number and was in a mess in reception and she just talked to everyone and got them to give me a little time to get the right details over. She then popped over to the other blood taking unit and got them to squeeze me I. She’s amazing and I’m grateful for her going above and beyond. Thank you to all the staff there

Absolutely shocking experience, incompetent reception staff, no communication, missed my daughter's appointment as no one came to collect me from reception and then we were blamed!! Disgraceful and we were paying for a private appointment....just not good enough, very unhappy. I am making an official complaint.

I attended Nuffield Health Woking yesterday, 10th September 2020. I was under the care of Mr King and his team for steroid epidural injections to my lower back. I have to say that the care, attention and information I was given throughout was impeccable. From arrival with reception on full covid mode collecting you from your car to the ward staff and the theatre team and of course Mr King and my lovely anaesthetist they were all fantastic. Thank you all for such amazing care and treatment. I was amazed how well everyone of the staff coped with the almost impossible rules of distance, sanitation and distance as much as possible for the patients and also the team themselves. Well done all of you. True angels who put themselves on the line for others. God bless you all Stephen Watson. 11/09/2020
