I'm in need of an operation as has been confirmed by both NHS consultants and one of the Manor consultants. All was good on the consultation and was promised to get operated on by end of March. I requested my bill a few days later, which I paid in full £250, and asked for a next appt date via e-mail. During the wait I received a bill for treatment I didnt receive, was for a patient with the same name. I called them on the phone and discussed it and resolved it, or so I thought. I chased the P.A again via e-mail for a next appt date and got no reply at all. I then received a second bill for treatment I hadn't had again. I emailed them and gave them a full amd detailed account of why the bill wasn't mine, again for a patient with the same name. I emailed again for an uodate from the P.A, again totally ignored. I have since received no apology from Nuffield Health accounts, no second appt and frustratingly NO operation from the consultant I saw. Really quick to give an appt and take your money and then treat you like a second class citizen. I am still in a lot of discomfort and struggling to carry out my work duties as well as having an impact on my social and provate life. Happily i am on the NHS waiting list for an op later this year. I DO NOT recommend this clinic at all. They are full of empty promises, terrible communication skills and a messed up accounts department that bills for someone elses treatment. If I could give a 0 star I would.

I don’t usually write poor reviews but I’m shocked by the service from the hospital. Can’t speak to anyone, no one replies to emails. Appointments not made.

Terrible service. Never answer the phone, takes 8 weeks for an appointment which you have to chase yourself. Go elsewhere would be my advice.

Would leave 0 stars if possible. Absolutely shocking. I have been trying to get hold of this hospital for 45 mins. I have called all available numbers on their website and not one has answered. You get stuck in this endless loop of being put on hold until they kick you out of the queue to start from the beginning all over again. Absolutely appauling when you have an urgent enquiry. AVOID

How can this hospital not have an average 5 out of 5 review? The staff are ever so pleasant, professional and caring. I was not feeling well when I went for my x rays this week and there was a mishap; if it wasn't for the friendly and caring staff, I would have been in a pickle that day. Thank you so much for looking after me, I cant thank you enough.

If you ring to book and appointment and they don't have any one available to answer your call they just cut you off.

I had an x ray done, I had an immediate response from my doctor, but no x ray, then I get a call a week later about payment. Still no x ray , but a referral. How much did it cost. I cant find out. 3 calls, LONG CALLS, no answer.
