    I just had an ovarian cystectomy at this hospital performed by Mr Usifo. I cannot fault the treatment I received. Mr Usifo has an excellent bedside manner and clearly explained everything about the procedure to me. The rest of the staff at Nuffield Haywards Heath were also incredible.     Trying to get through to appointment bookings is like trying to get an appointment with the King. They are always too busy to answer and ask you to leave a message. Another department I tried to call, enquires, told me there was was nobody available to take my call. NOBODY AVAILABLE !!! in a hospital? What a shambles! Bet you don't publish this

    I cannot fault the treatment I received. However the lack of cycle parking, signage and knowledge from the reception staff (who were very friendly but had no idea where to put a bike) is pretty poor for such a large facility. Ended up having to lock my bike to a fence in the utility area and almost missed my appointment!
