My daughter has had a spinal fusion operation here. The drs, nurse, people that bring the food, Everyone is helpful and can’t do enough for you. The food is very nice. I am staying here with my daughter while she recovers the nursing staff and helpers are genuinely kind are caring they talk with compassion and really look after her so well.

I went to have my nose looked at due to an on going nose bleed issue. The doctor I saw was very cold and almost robotic in his approach. He said my ears needed cleaning and I assumed that was related to my nose.. they were unable get out what they needed to from my ears and the doctor muttered that he couldn’t charge for that. It turned out the ear issue had nothing to do with what I had gone in for initially. Which would mean my private health care would not have covered that. It felt like they were trying to get money off me. The doctor and the nurse kept asking how much discount I get at where I work and it’s not something I am allowed to discuss and I told them this multiple times but they wouldn’t back down. I need a follow up after this consultation but I’m going to go elsewhere as I felt very uncomfortable with this doctor. It was a very bad experience

To date no one at the facility has answered a phone despite ringing reception and radiology, it either rings off, or transferred to the Nuffield UK help desk, who also can’t get through. And people feel the NHS has bad service!
