Unfortunately the service by this health centre has been very poor. After 4 emails and 6 calls, no acknowledgement of my request to book in for a scan. Either they are over stretched or admin process clearly dont work.

Travelled from North Wales. Easy to find and car park directly opposite. I had been sent all relevant instructions which made experience much smoother. Suite itself was immaculate and staff were prompt polite and efficient. Put me at. ease immediately talking through each step of my scan. Could not fault any part and would certainly recommend

I am 70 yrs old and have COPD, so am in the extremely vulnerable category and have been shielding for 4 months, from covid 19. my appointment was important to me. The letter said if you are late you CANNOT attend but do not come EARLY. I was on time, The receptionist coughed continuously the whole time, I was kept waiting for 45 minutes and felt extremely anxious. The scan itself and undressing and dressing, took 5 mins tops, l was relieved to escape back on to the street. I really wish I had not gone there, I feel very upset and am worried sick in case I have caught it.
