I have visited Nudo couple of times already and it was always fresh but sometimes they have limited options and the shelves are empty. I am giving 3 starts as they accept student discount (10%) but only if you pay with cash?! Also be aware which payment method you use as they don’t accept all cards either.

The place was completely empty and now I know why, absolutely awful quality especially considering the price, it’s not fresh whatsoever. I’ve never tasted sushi so bad I had to spit it out. Please save your tastebuds and go to Ikkan across the road for sushi

Disappointed in dramatic change here. Prices have gone up but the sushi quality has gone way down. Used to my go to for a decent lunchtime sushi when at work in Manchester but the sushi tastes like it's made the night before at best. Hard, grainy rice that tastes soapy, fish doesn't look too fresh either, the cuts are ragged and falling apart. Used to be so moist and tasty. Wasabi is very weak too. Bought an extra pot and even with the included wasabi can barely taste anything. Shoddy. Won't be back. Pretty sure that doesn't look like konjac salad in that pot either...
