No one there to vaccinate me after booking online. I couldnt rebook elsewhere as the person failed to cancel the appointment officially- so it looked as if I failed to turn up . Female staff member felt it sounded like 'you' problem shrugged shoulders, rolled eyes and huffed and puffed unable to be civil, helpful and remotely interested as it was afterall 'you' problem. Really sloppy service but worse still no problem solving skills . It was like dealing with 5 yr old Karens

When I went to have my second covid vaccine, they've asked me to do a covid test. I told them I don't need to have a test as that is not required and has nothing to do with my Vaccine. Also, I don't have symptoms of covid. They've wasted my time. The one I've dealt with him was rude and claimed he was the manager. I do not recommend using them unless you're desperate. Update, I've called National Vaccination Helpline, they've confirmed that I don't have and it's not required to have a covid test before having the vaccine. I've lodged a formal complaint against the pharmacy for fabricating a rule that is not legally required.
