I’ve been training with Nick for 4 years. I’ve had a few personal trainers in the past and Nick is by far the best. He knows his stuff, ensures that each workout is tailored to any issues you have rather than a one size fits all approach. I’d suffered with a bad back for 20 years but since seeing Nick it’s not been a problem at all! I’ve never been stronger or fitter and it’s all down to Nick! I’d highly recommend.

I have been training with Nick for almost 5 years now, no session is ever the same and I always come away feeling energised and improved. I originally came to Nick as I had a injured back and the gym environment was not improving things. Through Nick’s keen observational skills and wealth of knowledge I no longer have any issues with my back! Nick is completely dedicated to his clients and their well being. His approach is holistic, he believes recovery and sleep are just as important as lifting and nutrition. He has top of the line equipment and is obsessed with only having the best there is to offer, this has a direct effect of his clients. He’s so good my husband is also training with him! I arrived at Nicks, out of shape, tired and starting to feel the aches and pains caused by a sedentary lifestyle between busy office life, constant commuting, takeaways and the sofa! I knew a change was needed, but knowing where to begin when you’re short on time, lack motivation and have no idea how to work out safely or effectively had been a put off for years. Being introduced to Nick changed all of that. Nicks personalised, structured approach, informed by extensive knowledge and experience has transformed every aspect of my life for the better. The journey has been remarkable. I’m fitter, healthier, happier and more informed then i could of imagined and nick has supported me through every step of that journey. Nick is a personal trainer who knows what he’s doing and the results speak for themselves. He genuinely cares for your health and wellbeing and will go above and beyond to help you achieve your goals (even virtually when covid kicked in!). I can’t recommend him highly enough.

Nick became my trainer 18 months ago. He has transformed my approach to fitness and I cannot recommend him highly enough. He makes a huge investment in each client's well-being and thoughtfully applies his exceptional subject knowledge before and during each personalised session. His training style and incredible private gym facilities are world class. Before meeting Nick I measured success in the gym by how much I sweated. I trained hours a week focussing on my weight. With Nick's help I've learnt to concentrate on my core strength and have become aware of the importance of things like good posture and being nutritionally prepared to get the most out of my sessions. Now I dedicate just one hour a week to exercise with Nick, between the needs of a young family, and have never been in better overall shape. Nick's sessions have completely exceeded my expectations. I had not envisaged seeing or feeling such visible and encouraging progress from just one hour a week's investment. I trust Nick 110%. He is constantly observing and assessing my progress and developing me in areas I don't even realise need improving. However, he also knows when to push me to new limits and when to tell me to stop. He is everything a personal trainer should be and so much more.

Would highly recommend Nick! I believe he is very professional, most experienced and committed PT's that I know. His Studio is really nice and has a large variety of equipment for the 1 to 1 sessions. I really enjoy the variety of his work outs and the way he tailors them weekly to keep it interesting. He gives very good nutritional advice also which is just as important as working out. Keep up the good work Nick!
