Appalling customer service/customer relations. We wanted some advice on the suitability of a product of a product we had bought and for which NT are the sole UK distributor. After four phone calls we were brusquely advised they didn't have the necessary product knowledge to answer our simple question. However, we were somewhat rudely and begrudgingly given an email address of someone at the business to whom we could write. Four emails later - NIL RESPONSE. MY advice - AVOID. As with any company that doesn't understand the suitability of any of the products it is selling for any particular application. Likewise for any company that refuses to engage with its customers. Just ignorant
