Unreliable!!! Not deserving of 1 star. 2 days before a planned School trip to Rome NST confirm they have failed to book the necessary flights. Apology received is less than sincere and no offer of compensation/recompense. NST Travel Group are a disgrace to themselves and the industry they represent.
