I joined NRG last year. I thought it was an incredible gym at first. Great equipment, set up, and spaces but unfortunately the hygiene and cleaning has become very poor. It is absolutely shocking how dirty and filthy it was in the men’s changing room and around the shared water fountain in the main part of the gym. In the showers it’s full of mould and the drain doesn’t go down very well. There’s definitely not enough benches in the men’s changing room, just 2, so there’s absolutely nowhere to put your stuff and it’s dirty and messy. Also the staff weren’t very good and seemed lazy and had no idea about anything whenever I asked questions. When I first joined it seemed great but over time standards have slipped and it’s not a pleasant gym anymore.

Been a member since it opened. Amazing gym with 24/7 access. I love the open space, there are so many weights and pieces of equipment that I don’t remember coming to this gym and waiting. The studio is Also massive and great for cool down workouts. Zero complaints ☺️
