NPT management systems began working with us a year ago with 2 clear objectives. 1 to rebuild our dormant but compliant ISO9001 QMS and 2 help us achieve ISO14001. It has been a very busy period of time from an operational point of view but Neil has managed to build us a system that is not only compliant but helps drive quality through more 'in-line' processes and procedures. We’ve had a QMS registered to ISO9001 in place since 2007 however we realised that to help us achieve our business growth objectives we needed our QMS to fully integrate and support our day to day business operations. After talking to several consultants which was extremely time consuming we choose Neil Peattie at NPT Management Systems. After working with Neil for the last 12 months we can confidently say we made the right decision and would 100% recommend Neil. Neil’s knowledge, enthusiasm and ability to help implement our new QMS was quite frankly amazing. We have successfully been recommended for on-going ISO9001 registration at our recent recertification audit, but more than that we now have a QMS on our company server that is used by the whole company on a day to day basis. The assessor from our UKAS accredited certification body summarised the audit by saying 'This is a very well written quality management system, with excellent documentation and good traceability throughout'.
