Recently went through NPP to let a property and the service was great. We worked with Nathan to let a lovely two bed in Stockport. Throughout the process Nathan was responsive, concise with emails and attentive. We had some extra requirements in terms of furniture and it was addressed really well, liaising between Nathan and the landlord. Huge thanks to Nathan and the wider NPP team for making the renting process easier in a time when other estate agents were dismissive and unapproachable and demanding. This is the quality and experience for renters other estate agents should strive to.

Avoid! Asked if they had a video of a property I was interested in renting as I was away on business, video sent over was great so I signed the contract. Went for a physical viewing and the property was different to the one on the video! It was on the completely opposite side of the building, furniture was different, things were broken, dirty. Genuinely awful. Customer service really poor, no names on emails so you could be speaking to one person or 100 people. Won’t be using again
