We recently had a small Snakeskin Maple tree in our garden pruned by NP Tree Care, who have carried out tree work for us in the past. Their operatives were polite and prompt, did the work in a quick and efficient way and cleared up very tidily afterwards. We will certainly use NP again.

Absolutely POOR and shocking experience I have ever received. Dealing with a guy called Paul, paid in full 11months ago and still not completed. Excuses after excuses and at the end I have to get the tiles cut at my own expense and they are still not showing up to complete it. Do avoid!

This is not a reliable company! I had appointments booked by this business 2 times, and both times no one came to do the work without even any prior information. 1st time, I was told that he will call me back with details about the work, however, someone from his team will come to get the work done next day which was Friday. On Friday, no one came without any information. Following week I called the office and the sales representative apologised for the missed appointment, and promised my work is booked for another Friday, which was 2 weeks later. We both agreed. Again on Friday, no one came without any information. I called the office to get the updates. No one answered or call back until now. For privacy reasons, I'm not mentioning their names here. However, it was very disappointing to see such companies don't respect their business values and respect their customers. I took half day off from my work to get this job done, and I did it twice. If there was any issue, at least they should have called and informed me. Very unprofessional of them!!!!!
