Upon arrival, the front desk staff lady was very unwelcoming and rude, she wouldn’t let us check in for half hour because she was doing god knows what, while she spoke to us extremely rude, she was really difficult and no cooperative at all. Then when we finally got to our room, it was quite dirty through the hallway, then the room was okay, but you could literally hear everything from the other rooms and staff just stood outside our door laughing and chatting. We will not be returning. Not to mention the £50 deposit scam.

I stayed here for 5 days with my family and we are satisfied with the room and service. Staff were professional and friendly. The clean room was perfect for the three of us and the distance to the tube stations and restaurants nearby made this hotel a perfect place for us! The availability of an elevator is a plus point especially when we travelled with big luggages. Highly recommend this place and we will definitely consider NOX Hyde Park for our future visits.

This hotel was recently renovated and it shows. The internal sections are all freshly painted and the place smells brand new.
