    Dreadful Customer Service, complaints have a gestation period of 2 months, and they don't understand their basics. A year on HMRC have no record from NOW: Pensions. Of the taxes paid or of the product itself. I am glad I cashed in my product.

    Pity you can't give zero stars. Utterly useless. Not been able to activate my account for six months while they continue - despite me asking them not to - to harvest funds from my salary. Customer service is a joke and half of the links on their websites and emails don't work. Better to keep your pension in a tin under your bed.

    BEWARE ! THIS IS NOT A LEGITIMATE COMPANY. BEEN STEALING MONEY FROM MY WAGES FOR WEEKS NOW AND WILL NOT COMMUNICATE. BEEN TRYING FOR OVER 10 DAYS NOW AND FINALLY CONTACTED FINANCIAL REGULATORS WHO HAVE TOLD ME TO GET A CRIME INCIDENT NUMBER FROM POLICE TO ASSIST IN HAVING THEM PROSECUTED FOR THEFT AND FRAUD ! BEWARE ! DO NOT EVER USE THESE FRAUDSTERS !!!
