Do not use this company. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I joined Now Education (the Cardiff branch) around 6 months ago and have only ever had 2 days of work offered to me (on the days I told them I was not available and this was stated in my list of availability I sent them. I wasn’t even made aware that the original person who recruited and contacted me had switched roles and so my dates apparently weren’t passed on. Their communication is shocking. I was told from the beginning that I would have plenty of work as soon as my documentation was complete. It has been complete for over 4 months now and I’ve had no work. They lied. I paid £50 for a DBS and £15 for an EWC (Education Workforce Council) registration and what a waste of money and time because it’s not like I’ve gained any work from this company whatsoever. I am disgusted in the service and I certainly do not recommend this organisation to anyone. There are better ones out there.

I have been with now education since last march. They have always found me frequent day to days almost each week. My consultant James started well but later didn’t work well or felt he was understanding although provided the work. Tom on the other hand is extremely professional helpful and most times when I ask has work available. Only downside is I need atleast 24hrs notice due to childcare arrangements and not as many long term roles but other than that they are my go to agency whenever I’m in need of work.

I joined Now education in 2021. I have worked with other agencies, but Now education were the best out there for me. My consultant is Hash. He is the reason my experience with the agency has been so positive. He is very professional and genuinely cares about comfort, convenience and preference before offering a role. He immediately resolves any conerns or queries and is supportive throughout. He is very good at finding suitable work at good rates when wanted, both long and short term. He definitely goes above and beyond to fulfil his role as a consultant.

I have worked with Now Education since September 2022. I had only certain days that I could do and time due to childcare and uni. Once they knew my preferences my consultant Lydia who was amazing supported me and got me a long term post in a school close to my home. She met all my needs and was always approachable. With her help I have now secured a post at the same school. I recommend Now Eduction to anyone who wants to F/T, P/T or even a few hours work.
