Having moved from Cornwall to Croydon with my bearded dragon, Dexter, I needed somewhere for him to stay for a few days while I got myself sorted. I came across Now Boarding Pet Hotels and got in touch with Paul who was more than happy to help. I was planning on Dexter staying for a few days but the new vivarium which arrived was damaged and it was no issue for me to extend the stay while I got another delivered which was incredibly helpful. Paul was great from start to finish, professional and friendly with the perfect little setup. He couldn't do enough and was there on the phone and kept me updated on Dexter if I needed it. I would highly recommend getting in touch with Paul if you need your small pet looking after while you're away. I'll definitely be coming back.

Many thanks to Paul and the team! Our tortoise Tyga had a great stay with Boarding Now in Bexley recently. He was clearly very well taken care of and Paul sent us updates and photos which put our minds at rest whilst we were away for a few days. The facilities are very clean, with a lovely (segregated) outside space for animals to use on warm days. Very happy to recommend and will no doubt board our tortoise there again in the future.

I left little Max, my hamster, in Paul's care for 3 weeks. Paul was reassuring, super accomodating and supportive from day one. And I made the right decision to leave Max in Paul's capable care. I would not hesitate to use Now Boarding Pet Hotel again. Thank you for caring for Max so well.

Barnaby the bearded dragon is staying here for the first time and we are safe in the knowledge that this place has been highly recommended. Communication with the owner is outstanding and very reassuring. Although we are missing Barnaby we know that he is having a good time and no doubt will enjoy the experience.
