    On 29th Dec 2022, i had the unfortunate experience of meeting the store manager at the Halifax branch where i had purchased 2 items and the sports direct system had crashed even though i had paid for the items i was not allowed to take them. The store manager a blonde haired young female was rude, obnoxious and belittling infront of my children. I will be taking this further with Sports direct and i will not be returning to the store

    MANAGER WITH BLONDE HAIR BLUE EYES NEEDS TO BE FIRED!!worst customer service very Rude i bought trainers from here they had multiple defects and i told her she said "i cant sell them again" like they are some corner shop boss man and said No refund and just made up excuses what kind of logic is this?? They Give Zero S**** about customers.There policy clearly says full refund for defects. Not coming back here @JD is the way

    Purchased a track suits it said 2 for £50 plus some other items. My bill was £130 but at the till it came upto £135. I know it's only a fiver but it's the principal and there selling point. Anyhow so I told them the 2 tracksuits are 2 for £50 it's on the shelf where I picked it up from. The staff member went down with me seen the items and quickly tried to change it and started argument with me. As I shown what the sign is reading on the product would not have any of it. So I took pictures of the products and because it's mis selling also number of her colleague where there. In which one had replied it is mis leading the way the tracksuit has been advertised. But it's not our fault excuse was some customer must have swapped the whole rack around. In which I though it was a pathetic excuse. Because what she was just 2 tops of one rack and added it on to the rack which were 2 for £50. Anyway I asked them for there names and they would not give me there as there manager was not there. Will be making complain to store tomorrow and head office. So I took pictures and made video of the products in which they admit to mis selling the product but they weren't bothered about. Shall be calling Trading standards on Monday morning. Like they say you just can't get the staff these days they are just thick as brick wall... If could give them a zero star rating, that would be to much for them. Very appalling customer service they haven't got clue and very rude.

    RUDE BEYOND BELIEF! Asked for shoe size that would fit my son and was ignored completely. Asked again to get a reply "we are too busy and have other jobs too" we waited for someone else to attend when they were free but again were told not to bother them as they are busy. They walked away laughing and making rude comments. If you don't have time for your customers then why bother opening at all? Manager didn't seem to care at all and that is maybe the reason why this place has so many bad reviews I get that this is probably not your ideal job and you don't really care about people but you are not forced to work there.

    I went into the Halifax store today, to buy trainers, there was nobody about, I eventually found two members of staff talking and asked for a certain size, the girl looked at me as if I was something she had picked up on her shoe, and her colleague looked at a hand held and said that size was not in stock and carried on talking, customer service at its worst, I will never use this store again

    Had an issue that i wasn't sure could be resolved. The store manager Theresa was really helpful, nothing seemed to be too much trouble for her. Her staff Alyissa and a gentleman who's name i didn't get was all really helpful. They have restored my faith in good customer service 🙌 thankyou.
