Disgraceful “hotel” - not that it actually is one anymore. Avoid this place like the plague - Accor do not deserve a penny of your money after what they’re doing. Place was grotty and run down before, god knows what it’ll be like by the time their contract with the Home Office finishes..

Absolutely disgusting that you would close your services to the public in order to shelter asylum seekers. You should be bloody ashamed of yourselves when there's thousands of homeless in our own country. Absolutely disgusting behaviour putting foreigners up in 4* hotels while our own citizens face a cost of living crisis and can't afford to heat their homes!!! Hope you go out of business for betraying the British public.

Unfortunately I have to leave a 1 star review as my reservation was cancelled by the hotel via email, with zero explanation, 3 HOURS before I was due to check in!!! I'd made the booking nearly a month in advance and they wait until I'm literally on my way to the hotel on the train from Suffolk to email me and cancel the booking!!!! Wouldn't book here again if it was free!!
