I would give ZERO STARS if I could! Urgently wanted quotes forultiple roles of personalised and plain ribbon and when I called and spoke to a guy called Antony he told me to send the query by email directly to him at a specific email address within the Sales dept only to be told that their designer wasn't in for another week so they couldn't help me. I told them to come back to me once he was in...nothing. I chased them again once he was back in to ask if they could put me in contact with him to get a quote, again, no response. A week later I emailed again and again no response. Its been a total of 3 weeks. Terrible - no customer service at all and totally the wrong way of doing business, never going to try and give them my money again.

I have used Novelties Direct a number of times now and every time they have bent over backwards to find the right product for me, create the branding as requested and ship the items in record time! Many times I have made last minute additions or brought the delivery time forward and every time they have rose to the occasion without question! I couldn't recommend this company any more highly, especially Simone who always goes above and beyond...even over the Christmas holidays! 5 stars from me, keep up the great work! *Nic

Absolutely shocking service. Paid for next day delivery @ over £7,90 after spending £40.00. Website even asked for my deadline date which was 7 May. Called on Tues and answer message assured me that all VE Day orders placed by 5 May would arrive on time. No still seen nothing. Do not want or need decorations now as had to make my own. Placed order on 2 May and quick enough to take my money on the same day. I will be asking for a complete refund including the extra P&P I paid. Otherwise I will instruct my bank to counter charge it back. Terrible experience

Ordered some bunting online to celebrate VE day 8th May and instead of receiving my order I got an order cancellation email on the 7th May saying my items wouldn't be delivered as they were now out of stock. I don't have time to replace source new items. Very very poor amateurish service. Avoid!
