Appointment to value made at the date and time we requested - even when the original valuer was taken ill at the last minute, an equally qualified collegue replaced for the same date/time. The valuer was prompt, pleasant and polite, listened to our concerns and conducted the valuation swiftly; also answered our many questions regarding the circumstances etc and provided guidance, reassurance and reliability. I was also able to call back for further information. I think their service is expensive compared to other companies, but the quality of their reports are worth it.

I found Novello Surveyors significantly more transparent, open, and rigorous than any other surveyor I considered while buying our first home. Initially, I was concerned that they might have good marketing but little substance. However, I was really pleased that they company delivered on everything they promised including drone survey, walkthrough, and detailed report. Simon, who surveyed our property, walked me through his key findings immediately after conducting his survey which was really useful. He then conducted an immensely detailed report (121 pages) complete with images that detailed all major, moderate, and minor issues he identified with property complete with estimated costings of rectification. I would, without hesitation, use Novello in the future and have already recommended them to family and friends who are also considering buying a property.
