We bought a shower door and side door of Novellini brand from Bathroomsdirectyorkshire. Unfortunately we did not open the package until 2 weeks later and one of the doors had broken glass on the edges (which must have happened in transit. I called Bathrooms direct and they spoke to Novellini who immediately arranged to ship a new door which came a few days later and intact. Once my builder fitted it, the bi-fold door would not close properly and I called Novellini directly. They sent Darren, their engineer who immediately knew 2 parts were not fitted by my builder and he did it in 10 mins - co extra charge. The glass doors are amazing and the service throught has been fantastic. Would order their products again and highly recommend.

we bought a shower tray from this company, and we opened the box to check it, it is the wrong colour (different from the pictures on the website) and does not look very nice at all. they refuse to let us return it unless we accept a 50% re stocking fee (£250) because we opened the top of the box. there is no reasoning with them at all. this is the worst experience I have ever had with any company. DO NOT USE THEM

One of the most frustrating companies to deal with. Their customer service is poor and cumbersome! Their product didn't last long hence why I contacted them. The product breaking seemed to be totally acceptable to them, wouldn't be buying anything from them again!

Shortly after the stream shower unit was installed the remote control broke - its very cheaply made after many calls we eventually got a replacement. Now the steam unit wont work and hasn't for many weeks despite many calls to the company who keep promising a call back , which never happens. I cant give a review on the product as haven't gotten the chance to use it fully, but customer service is poor and I now have a very expensive stream enclosure that wont produce steam. UPDATE: Novellini engineer did come to visit and repair the steam unit and replace the remote control unit. Happy to update the review to say that the unit and cabinet have been working well since the visit with no issues.
