Closed at weekends!! No comment on their products for this reviews. Drove 30 minutes to buy. New tower PC quite urgently..but CLOSED AT WEEKENDS!!!!!! WHO is closed on both Saturday and Sunday in this day and age?? OK maybe Sunday but not open AT ALL on a Saturday?? I work in the week and so popping in to collect a new PC…uuurgh… how very inconvenient. I looked at the website when I arrive and yes, it does say it …but really… not something yo would expect in this day age. ONE STAR rating for this!

I would like to say a massive thank you to the guys at Novatech! My AIO cooler was reaching highs of 90c+ when idle, took it to the shop and they were very quick, helpful and patient with the nervous wreck that I was haha! They kept me up to date by calling me when they were doing tests (typical that my bloody pc wasnt showing 90c+ temps during their tests lol) but told me i could take it away as is or carry on with upgrading it, I thought I might as well get a new one whilst it was there and left it in their hands, they fitted my pc with a reasonably priced but great quality AIO cooler (has not even gone over 49c even when playing hefty games!) and even refunded back the difference in cash as i already paid for another cooler I purchased (thinking that one would of been the one I needed) Definitely popping back when I need my next upgrade or fix! Thanks again! <3
