    I booked by mistake, which cost me £1400 pounds. the booking was for a year later and was cancelled within 48 hours. They refused a refund and refused to allow me to rebook another let. They are unscrupulous and unethical. i took it up with airbnb who reiterated novasol's unfair cancellation policy. a wrong click of the mouse cost me £1400 buyer beware!!!!!

    Appalling company. Booked a stay in Angouleme through Air BnB. Deposit taken and 5 days later they advised accommodation no longer available and offered alternative mile's away! No explanation given and no flexibility at all. Avoid at all costs.

    Much like everyone else I am just being quoted terms and conditions when trying to get a holiday cancelled. They moved our original booking from 2019 to 2020 for a £65 Admin fee - OK fair enough but am sure the admin team don't cost £65!!! Due to the uncertain situation again this year I asked to move booking to 2022 but the same villa has gone up by £1000 + another rebooking fee +66% price increase with no justification as to how they came to that increased price. Have lost our original deposit and they are trying to charge us for the rebooking fees as well. No sympathy just kept quoting their t&c's - i will not be using this company again Would have given zero stars if I could....

    Very rigid policies during Covid. We booked a holiday to Croatia with Novasol, on the first occasion we had to postpone by a year for a fee to 2021. Now that this has become uncertain the company asked for a similar cancellation fee without any consideration of the current pandemic, or the fact that my job does not allow me quarantine and work from home for 10 days. Very poor and impersonal customer service.

    Lost over £1200 with Novasol and their inflexible COVID policy. The UK government imposed restrictions meaning that we could not go, no empathy at all from the representative and no chance to rebook as it was within (by 2 days!) their 40 days cut off. Such a shame as they have lovely locations but I will never use them again.
