Read other reviews... well I was with Calor, but up to 3 weeks wait for a delivery, didn't call back when promised and increased rates a few times in short space of time. A quick call to Novagas, and not only are the deliveries more frequent, but they answered the phone quickly, politely and are able to supply at a better rate. 5 stars from me!

One star unfortunately customer service is absolutely appalling. Very rude on the phone when they eventually answer it. No care for the customers at all. The lady at the desk doesn’t even listen to your issue let alone any complaint. Twice they have left us with no way of heating our home or hot water, once at Christmas just gone when our baby was just born, because their excuse was that their driver had no key in the older style lorry. (Not my fault) then not even an apology. Not even a phone call to say they had not left us any gas which led us to then run out. When I called I was then told it would be Saturday. So with a cold 3 month old baby we were left with nothing again. Its now Saturday and still no delivery after waiting in all day incase we may miss the lorry. You cant even call through because the office is closed. It wouldn’t be so bad if they just let us know what was happening. Instead we are sitting here with no heat or water for the weekend. last time was a week with nothing! Its terrible service.

2 weeks wait for a supply of gas because the delivery people forgot a key to the gas cupboard. Had the same problem at Christmas time with a 2 week old baby. Customer service is appalling, rude and no help. We’re having to spend a fortune heating the house with electric heaters to keep the baby warm because this company does not care for their customers.
