Absolutely terrible service. I paid for a item on Sunday to be delivered Tuesday paid £8.00 Waited all day. Been told that my parcel was attempted to be delivered. Terrible customer service telling me i need to pay another £8.00 for redelivery like it’s my fault!! I’ve asked nova for a refund. They can’t tell me when I’ll be refunded. Unhelpful staff. AVOID
