SCAM!!!! Unfortunately, I can't give no stars... Very Bad company. Do not take out a policy with this company. I took out a 12 month break down cover with this company. Extremely immoral service and take any money from you at any chance. I was broken down at the roadside 50 miles from home, I called for roadside assistance and I was asked not to call them by the operator on the the other end of the line for my breakdown cover as there were other people trying to get through with real problems... I tried to complain 4 times, and no one got back to me again and again... so I cancelled policy as I was in the 'cooling off period', and it cost a £25 admin fee... I later contacted them as I had not received my refund. I was told that I would not get a refund as I had made a claim... that 'claim' was being told that I was not entitled to breakdown cover. Yet they still took another £25 admin fee to cancel the policy they will not cancel. I then tried to report them to the ombudsman, and they are registered as a closed inoperable business. It's very sneaky and cunning. Either go with one of the big trusted breakdown providers or none at all! Example... I got a years breakdown cover with RAC, and at renewal time, they gave me an extra year for free to help with the cost of living crisis. Either would be more value for money than this shambles of a business.

Absolutely shocked with my experience with this company would not recommend to anyone has charged me more than they suppose to have and which states on my policy. They have also took another payment two weeks after the first one I’ve rang about it got the phone put down on me twice and to leave they want to charge £10 such a scam!

Completely gobsmacked by the non service I have been provided with today! We have a membership with nova direct who have refused to come and pick me and my car up as I am technically not broken down. My turbo has faulted and my car is steadily loosing power as I struggle along national speed limit country lanes. I have pulled into a residential area where I can safely park my car before it completely cuts out on god knows what sort of road. I have been told today that only then would my membership be of any use. Of course I was told that, no they are not advising me to drive on until this happens. As I refuse to put myself and others in danger I am now waiting for a local recovery service, heavily pregnant in the scorching heat and about to be £150 lighter. Absolutely absurd. I discourage anyone to take out any level of cover with this company. Disgusting

Scam scam scam - kept hanging up the phone until they finally informed us they were unable to honour their coverage due to small print they don't advertise about confirming you are going away. Left us stranded in rural France. Seems to be very common - do not use this cover.

I would also give zero stars. Took out car ins two weeks ago paid deposit of £130 they have tried to take the monthly!! direct debit two weeks after without notice to m, called and told them my pay day is 17th can they move payment date but no threatening to cancel already not even a month in. what customer service. DISGUSTING !! Asked to speak to line manager who was rude and no help at all. Thing is now they won’t get a penny off me so not changing payment date has bit them on the …

Rubbish! My mum broke down at a roundabout today. She couldn't get anyone to answer the breakdown number. I rang them and held the line for 25 minutes. Still no answer. She ended up having to pay a local garage to tow the car away. Don't use this company. They charge for breakdown cover and then aren't available when you need them. Appalling!

Would give zero if I could. Broke down on the motorway so called them. They rejected my claim because my car could still turn on and move forward. Advised me to drive down the motorway with my hazards on!! My car was juddering forwards at five miles per hour with the engine light on. They didn’t class this as a breakdown. They only class it as a breakdown if the car does not turn on. We ended up calling the police and when we explained this they told us this was awful advice. We could have caused a major accident. I called them back again to challenge and when I explained who I was (it was the same person who dealt with me initially) they hung up on me. Tried to cancel as cover as it is essentially useless. But was told that because I made a claim I couldn’t cancel. Do not use this company. Awful and potentially dangerous.
