The rug was exactly what we wanted and it was delivered swiftly. Unfortunately, the cost of delivery, import duty and exchange rate was greater than the cost of the actual rug. It would be terrific if you had a supplier in Ireland. As a result of the delivery charges, import duty and exchange rate, I had initially only given a rate of 3 stars but the shop thought that was unfair. On reflection I agree with them. The service they offered was excellent. I received the rug in less than a week. It was exactly what we wanted and the service excellent, so I've changed my rating to five stars.

What an excellent shop. From start to finish the experience with Nouvo Rugs was so easy. Mr Ibrahim who personally delivered the rug was so friendly & he took the time to explain all about the rugs origins. The rug was packaged as such when I opened it up it just rolled out on the floor ready for use. I would highly recommend this shop & I will definitely be back for more.

Delivery of the rug was good but the rug was so creased and the folds are so deep I doubt that it will ever be right. It's a pity because the rug itself would be ok.
