Having only found my love for knives in recent years, I embarked on the two day course with excitement soaring through me. Every single element of the course is explained beautifully, guidance is provided and, includes reassurance for the more nervous among us (me). Small groups mean more 1:1 time with our Lord and Saviour Konstantinos, who will deliver the same amount of care to your knife as a parent to a newborn. Everything was explained in beautiful detail that I could understand perfectly. Jake was so kind and supportive, and I felt comfortable asking him stupid questions. I’ll be forever grateful for the opportunity to do this and create my own masterpiece. I honestly think that taking time out of your life to craft something so beautiful with your own hands is a truly unique pleasure that we don’t really get these days!

The two day course was brilliantly laid out and thought through. Konstantinos has a wealth of knowledge but it helps if you start with a little bit of knowledge, which is recommended on his website, and helps find the right questions to ask to dig deeper into the chemistry of bladesmithing. The structure of the course is a good balance of hands on experience and Konstantinos demonstrating the skill involved. This helps ensure that you walk away with a high quality product as well as the knowledge behind it.

I bought a kitchen knife from Konstantinos for my wife's birthday. The trouble is that she now compares her other kitchen knifes to this one. Suffice to say the knife is exemplary, it holds an edge beautifully and is perfectly weighted in her hand. I couldn't recommend Nouko Knives enough!

Konstantinos is a local gem and a true master of his trade. I recently had the pleasure of attending his two day chefs knife course and I'm blown away by the results. The course is very hands on and with great tutelage you know the finished product will be great. Konstantinos is more than happy to answer any and all questions about the process of the course and knife making in general. He helps to guide you through the process to explain every step and why it's happening and works to build a top grade knife for you to take home. Every time I get my knife out to cook it brings a smile to my face and is a pleasure to use.
