I started lifting at NWC a few years ago and it’s honestly my fave session of the week. One of the most satisfying things to learn and improve at. The coaches here are phenomenal, patient and motivating. Their ability to just look at every lift and make a suggestion which might make the next one a little bit better. This gym and the community it has created is something special.

I was invited today for free drop in session in their Oly Lifting Class on a Saturday morning. Fantastic, if you’re looking for a good size gym with a more family environment to reach your personal goals this is the place. They have a lot of equipment which you’d find in a crossfit box. You are the machines as they say. The owner and coaches are very knowledgeable, technical and will adapt to your needs. The photo I took is 3/4 of the gym. Behind me is the equipments, Office, toilets and vending machines. They have a board with everyone’s names on it and the work out of the day. There are more racks mounted on the walls which fold in and out for space, really well put together layout.
