Went to the vaults about 4 months ago, on the face of it looks to be real professional, good security. staff where friendly and polite. Sadly the service was very questionable from my prospective and needs. I try to only spend cash and move cash around because my business is my business and I dont want to be tracked. Not because I'm doing anything wrong but because that's how I like it. I was sold a load of gold but then told it would be two weeks coming. I was charge 2percent charges for cash but then on the receipt that 2 percent was lost in the cost of the gold??? Is that right or did money just get laundered. Then I needed to give proof of ID to get my goods. Photocopies taken and now tracked. I gave you £6000 cash and walked out with a peace of paper. Something just didn't seem right...

Hi a great facility that is needed in the Midlands for a safe place to secure your valued items. So you can have piece of mind. The staff are very friendly especially the Asian lady with the Scottish accent. Who was more than helpful. Ideally located in the city centre of Nottingham and just across the road from Stoney Street secure car park. So don't ja E to worry about where to park and if it's safe. Good luck in your new business.
