Took the wife's teddy to have his leg repaired, and spoke to the lovely Debbie, and she said that we would have to leave him overnight. When we returned the next day she had restored him to full health and also put extra padding in his other limbs, she had done an amazing job and we would recommend her services to anyone who has a cherished teddy that requires some love and attention. Back at the Teddy repair shop, this time to have my own bears repaired, and once again the marvellous Debbie has worked her magic the bears are fighting fit once more. I cannot praise her enough for amazing talent, and her care and compassion when dealing with people's treasured teddies.

Brought in my tired old teddy bear to Debs for restoration. Debs explained exactly what needed to be done and reassured me he will be in good hands and she would take care of him. I took my Teddy Bear who is 83 years old to Strelley Hall and the lovely lady who restores Teddy Bears thought he was lovely.I gave her a piece from an old Teddy Bear magazine where a lady in Brighton identified him as an English Bear.The lady who restores the bears is brilliant.I will get my dear Teddy back when he is a much smarter boy.I can recommend this lady if u want your bear restored.

The level of trust required to leave a much loved bear behind for repairs is huge but it was clear from the start that Debbie completely understood this. Debbie talked me through her plans and put my mind at rest. It was so lovely on collection day to see him fit and strong again but still every bit the bear I'd known and loved since being a wee boy. Debbie's repair was very high quality but sympathetic. I was over the moon - especially with the surprise of finding out he could growl again for the first time in decades! Would definitely recommend and once again Debbie, thank you! 🐻

Debbie be did an amazng job on a tiger which had been Nelson, a support dog"s favourite toy. Since Nelson sadly died recently his ' mum' kept tiger in his memory. But he was sadly delapidated cos he'd been so loved by Nelson. Debbie repaired, stuffed him, gave him a lovely new nose n ears and his mum nearly in tears when we took him home. Thank you Debbie. We would recommend your business to anyone needing repairs such as this.
