AMAZING SERVICE!! I ordered some steels from Nottingham steels off the back of an engineers report, unfortunately there was a typo on the report and subsequently the main steel I had delivered was wrong. Ben (the director) was incredibly empathetic of the situation this left me in with regards time frames and cost. This then left me and the engineer in a tricky situation as the steels I had on site that was the correct size had been prefabricated to fit the wrong steel!! Ben actually took the time out to looked through my drawing himself and was able to identify a relatively inexpensive solution, that I just had to run past my engineer. Ben pulled out all the stops to get my new steel to site within days as to not hold up my project a longer. The customer service I revived from the director down to the delivery driver was friendly, helpful, reliable and went above and beyond. I’ll never look anywhere else in future when I need steels!!!

Grumpy steel. Reliable but rude. Ignore the other partisan reviews. Some of the most unfriendly customer service I've come across. Dealt on and off with Nottingham steel for 8 years. Ben, the MD, appears consistently full contempt for his customers. Some valuable advice, if you hate us so much, stop answering the phone.
