At 09am told to wait in all day, 18:00pm waited 16mins even though registered as an emergency. Was disconnected. 19:00hours was told technician will be now tonight. My father who is frail could have been stuck in the arm chair. The same person on reception who I spoke to this morning, denied me speaking to him in the evening. I'm going to contact Westminster Council regarding this. It just goes to show, bad service

My dad ordered a shower stool on line, however, the stool was too low for him. I called up the company to arrange a collection/ refund only to be told that this will be at a cost of just under £10. Bear in mind that it had already cost him £3.95 to get the item delivered to him. How do you justify the difference in cost of sending and collecting an item. This is disgraceful and exploitation of elderly people . Many company's have free delivery and/or returns but the difference in cost is disgusting and should be classed as theft from vulnerable people. I would not recommend this company to anyone as the service and attitude of receptionist is awful with no sympathy or consideration to peoples needs. Now my dad is just under £14 out of pocket. I was going to give no stars however I could not add my review until I ticked 1 star absolutely appalling

My husband ordered supplies, they were supposed to arrive last week but didn't, then on Monday but didn't, its now Tuesday afternoon & no joy. Of course the office is now closed & we have nowhere to turn to. Shame on you NRS! You've left another disabled person up the creek with no paddle. We don't have a choice where supplies come from, yet it's not uncommon to be let down by your service!

Have tried for 6 months to have equipment serviced. They had marked the equipment as returned and seem unable to amend their records. Contact number always answered by wrong department but refuse to connect you and promise a call back which is never made. Apalling 'service' to customers dealing with the stress and grief of disability. The engineers are competent and polite but are let down by their 'can't do' office admin colleagues who should be retrained or replaced. UPDATE. Now much improved. All records updated. Office staff more efficient. Engineers arrive promptly when needed.

(Kent office) Arrange to deliver equipment, then do not turn up. NHS staff advise that they know the Company is useless but have to use them due to cost issues. Also provide patient transport & often never turn up for that either. Waste of time Company
