I was sold an English made piano by this dealer at a price higher than average. He was very friendly to begin with but when I had it tuned by professional tuner - not one recommended by the seller - it was found to be a piano made in China! It could not hold a tuning and was found to be inferior. This was clarified with authoritative facts from the manufacturer. The dealer was totally disinterested in my problem, refused to accept the facts laid out before him and became nasty and abusive. I would recommend anyone buying a piano to stay very far from this shop. This post consists of proven FACTS. I have had to have this person BLOCKED from my e-mails as he is so abusive and can only come out with lie after lie after lie. Beware of this company!!!!!

Dan was very friendly over the phone and we were able to view pianos the next day. Delivery was made easy by the company’s full set of equipment to carefully transport and move the piano to where we wanted it. Dan also supplied a piano tuner’s contact details and gave some advice on maintenance. Excellent service all round.
