I bought an office chair from NOE a year ago and found the staff extremely knowledgable and helpful with no pressure at all. Really happy with the purchase but after a year, one of the wheels broke. Kevin immediately offered to replace the wheel and when I visited the store, there was a complete set of wheels waiting for me without charge. The after-sales and customer service is absolutely first class.
