Ordered two floor lamps, then two set of light bulbs. The customer service has been excellent- for both orders we were contacted to agree a delivery date, the items which we are delighted with, were delivered on time. When visiting Nottingham we walked past this shop and saw this lamp in the window. It was exactly what I had been looking for for months!! Matches our colour scheme perfectly. Beautiful lamp. It was on back order so the shop assistant advised to order online which I did. Waited about a month but it was worth the wait. Love it! Good customer service and a lovely lamp. Thank you 😊

Really helpful. They had to order my lampshade in, which they did within a few days, then they phoned me to confirm delivery. The delivery went slightly adrift, but NLC were really helpful in getting it sorted out. And last but not least, I'm really pleased with the shade, which was a very reasonable cost (appreciably less than one or two other stores I checked). Happy days!
